Useful info about The Green Man
The Green Man is a traditional village pub & restaurant in Trumpington serving tasty, freshly cooked food and top-drawer drinks, with a log-fire when it's chilly and a great beer garden for the warmer weather.
Trumpington's famous roots
We're on the road between Royston and Cambridge city centre, and just a short drive from Great Shelford, Great Eversden and Fulbourn.
Trumpington has a long association with agriculture (hence our mythical moniker), and is home to the great Maris Piper potato and Maris Otter barley. If it's local history you're after, check out the Duxford imperial war museum at the former WW2 spitfire base (just 15 minutes from The Green Man), which showcases arguably the best collection of aircraft in Europe.
