Sunshine on a Plate

Here are just a few of our freshly cooked favourites:

• House sampler - a perfectly portioned selection of tasty bites, including sautéed king prawns, crab cake & chicken terrine - ideal for alfresco
• Baked whole sea-bream on baby potatoes, button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach with a chive butter sauce
• Grilled breast of guinea-fowl stuffed with chorizo & tomatoes and wrapped in bacon, with crushed baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a Madeira sauce
• Black olive and onion tart with cumin roasted vegetables, home-made onion rings and a tomato and smoked paprika dressing

And you'll find a few new dishes alongside some old favourites under light bites, pub classics and our children's menu.

Alfresco Eating & Drinking

Chef's tasty Mediterranean-inspired sharers go great with our refreshing, new summer drinks and are perfect for an afternoon's grazing in our beer garden.

Well-Chosen Wines & Sweet Treats

Plus we've picked some corking new wines to complement our menu. Try the citrusy and well-rounded Cramner Deckchair semillon-chardonnay with our baked sea-bream, or the silky smooth Marchesini pinot noir with the venison steak.

To follow, we've come up with some truly divine desserts, such as the wickedly retro banoffee split and our pudding sharer of chocolate brownies, lemon tart, Eton mess and Movenpick vanilla ice cream.
